Landlord/Tenancy issues

Troubles with 'end of tenancy' tenants. Yes, it did cost more in 'agreement' monies etc that I hadn't planned for, but their advice saved a lot of stress into not entering into a protracted court case. Carrot. Not stick. Battling the small paperwork stuffs, the Vale of Glamorgan Council policies and Rent Smart Wales dictats has saved me no end of grief. Thank you.

Settlement Agreement - March 2026

I'm very grateful to Sarah Dureau and Niki Coombes for their help and advice through an employment issue at a difficult and stressful time. Sarah's advice helped support decision making and guided me through the process. She provided helpful and objective advocacy to protect my interests in the longer term, even though I was perhaps not in the place to do so at the time. Excellent experience using Louise Taylor of Parker Bullen and her assistant Lucinda Grimes to pay off our Help to Buy Equity Loan in full.
