    So Helpful and Responsive

    My partner and I just went through the process of buying our first home, which initially felt very overwhelming as we had no experience or understanding of how everything worked.     Excellent Communication and Support Throughout My First House Purchase

    Jade was absolutely fantastic throughout my house purchase and I genuinely could not have asked for a better solicitor. As a first-time buyer, the process was naturally stressful at times but Jade was consistently calm, professional, reassuring and incredibly proactive from start to finish. Communication throughout was excellent. Jade was always quick to respond, kept me regularly updated and took the time to explain everything clearly in a way that was easy to understand. I never once felt like I was chasing for information or asking too many questions, which made a huge difference during what can be a very overwhelming process. What really stood out was her organisation, attention to detail and determination to keep things moving, especially towards the end of the transaction when timelines became tight. Despite a number of complications outside of our control, Jade worked incredibly hard behind the scenes to keep everything on track and gave me confidence throughout the entire process. I honestly don’t think the purchase would have gone as smoothly as it did without her support and persistence. I would absolutely recommend Jade to anyone purchasing a property and would happily use her again in the future. Thank you again Jade, I really appreciate everything you’ve done!

    Shocking Service, Three year delay through Biscoes admin errors [not covid related] trying to renew a lease extension for my son's property. Start Date: May 2019- forced to Withdraw on 15th April 2022- due to finding out they sent the Deed of Security forms to another person told by mistake, they failed to inform us that two registrations had gone through on 25th Sept 2019- issued on 02 Dec 2020 and again on 21st April 2021- issued on 08th March 2022 to our property- without us knowing or consenting, and now two more registrations on the 8th March 2022 has been made again to our property attached to the lease application that we did not know or consent to, they refuse to disclose the exact details and what these three/four registrations mean - We have no idea if someone else has claimed ownership to our property!? but instead of reassuring and guiding us- they terminate the client contract. If there is a Solicitors firm out there who can help us take legal action against Biscoes-law, that would be ideal please as we do not know if our home belongs to us anymore!?

    Just terrible! Used for conveyancing, the solicitor in question miscalculated the final cost and we then received an email a month after moving stating we owed an extra £400 and that he would not release the deeds until the sum was paid. Felt like we were being blackmailed for something which was his error.

      Kellie-Jayne was amazing. She stayed calm and thorough, handling a stressful and complex situation with ease. Her shuttle mediation approach really helped ease my anxiety. She clearly explained the mediation process and costs right from the beginning. Her fees were very reasonable, and I’d happily recommend her to anyone needing a mediator, as it’s far less stressful than going to court and a much healthier option for all parties involved if a solution can be reached.

      What a wonderful lady

      Throughout one of the most traumatic and emotionally exhausting experiences a mother or father can face, Olivia remained kind, compassionate, understanding, and completely non-judgemental. Her knowledge and understanding of domestic abuse dynamics was exceptional. Olivia was often able to recognise behaviours and patterns before I even had the language or confidence to explain what I was experiencing myself.
