I found Biscoes approach to be refreshing as having contacted a number of practices and been given fee proposals to review the case before a meeting Biscoes offered to review the case then meet for what I thought was a reasonable sum. During my initial meeting with Naomi I was given a pragmatic appraisal of my case which assisted in planning an approach. The matter was finally concluded with a very difficult client without resorting to issuing proceedings and during that time I found Naomi to be extremely helpful, inventive and above all else felt that she was fully engaged and mastered a full understanding of the dispute
