Michala recently helped with changing our mortgage provider and the required conveyancing. She was very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient as well as being incredibly approachable and friendly. The whole process from start to finish was completely stress free with Michala's help. I can't not recommend Michala highly enough! I would rate her 10 out of 5 if i could.

Excellent service received from Michala at Eric Robinson on a recent New Forest house purchase. Completely professional, very efficient and super quick responses to any queries. More importantly, completely down to earth, very easy to deal with and lovely to chat to on the phone! For what can be one of the more stressful processes to go through it is always very reassuring when you have someone like Michala acting on your behalf. Can’t recommend highly enough and would happily use again.

They were recommended by our estate agent and did not disappoint. Michelle was absolutely excellent, she went above and beyond in her role when there were some delays with our move, constantly chasing other solicitors and always giving updates. Communication was always excellent, she replies to emails and messages so quickly. It honestly would've been a lot more stressful without her.

We have just completed on our sale and further purchase, we had Elisabeth Smith who did a fantastic job considering the difficulties we had with other solicitors and legal teams in the chain. I would highly recommend her services and would most certainly use her again.
