I have used Bailey and Cogger solicitors twice and on both occasions I have found them to be extremely efficient. They are highly approachable and willing to explain all the legalities. Their prices are very reasonable and I was kept informed throughout the procedure. I have no hesitation in recommending them and would definitely use them again.

Highly recommend Bailey and Cogger. It was the first time we'd used them, but not only was Karen du Rocher approachable, to the point and very experienced, she was speedy and efficient at getting things done! All our previous experiences with solicitors have been head-bangingly frustrating, so this was a breath of fresh air. We will definitely use Bailey and Cogger again, if the need arises!
