Excellent result
So many things to praise, in the way our somewhat difficult case was handled. Difficult because of extreme and unreasonable delays from our landlord. And then a specific dispute about a particular clause, which could potentially have necessitated resorting to tribunal. This was handled by Martin Tolhurst Partnership with sufficient sensitivity and firmness to ensure an excellent outcome in the end. The process took in excess of 12 months when normally it might have been expected to take 3 maximum. All that time we never felt put on the backburner, thanks to regular updates and emails.

This is not the first time I have used Martin Tolhurst nor will it be the last. Over the years they have given me great advice and delivered everything they have promised. I would like to say a massive thank you to my solicitor Cally Davies who has recently helped me with the sale of of my property. We had a few struggles and delays along the way, which lead me to become very frustrated at times. When issues arose with the lease on my old property she was quick thinking and the issue was resolved quickly. I can’t recommend Samantha Newton enough.
