From his initial engagement with her (ensuring she wasn't being forced into something she didn't want to do; sound mind), through her passing and onto the execution of her will, Jeremy provided a perfect and professional service while remaining approachable, friendly and supportive. The communication was exactly what we needed, even with him looking ahead for potential problems and smoothing the way forward.
