    We dealt with Sarah Hogan regarding the sale of a flat I had inherited as executor for my late mother's flat. At all times Sarah was professional, helpful and quick to highlight any problems we might have had. this was particularly important as we had had an earlier failed sale. Sarah always kept us fully informed of each stage of the process. We were very pleased with her in a professional capacity and she was also extremely friendly and easy for us to deal with.     Perfect Service

    My mother needed to change her will. She was 90. She had terminal cancer and she wanted it updated. My uncle found Grant Saw and in particular Jeremy Brookes who agreed to help her in this endeavour. From his initial engagement with her (ensuring she wasn't being forced into something she didn't want to do; sound mind), through her passing and onto the execution of her will, Jeremy provided a perfect and professional service while remaining approachable, friendly and supportive. The communication was exactly what we needed, even with him looking ahead for potential problems and smoothing the way forward. Overall the this was worth every penny of the very reasonable fee and I know Mum was very pleased. Grant Saw, and Jeremy, in particular are 100% recommended.

    I had Mike Clary by my side through my recent contentious probate. He was exactly what I wanted and needed. His specialist knowledge in this tricky area of law is second to none. If it hadn’t have been for him my stress levels would have been unbearable over the one year period. He quietly went about his business and secured me the Grant of Probate before the other side had time to realise what had happened. Extremely professional and cool character. I would 100% recommend him for any contentious probate or litigation work.
