Clear, reliable quotation of fees. The conveyancer (Phoebe Phillips) kept us updated, was prompt to respond to both email and telephone enquiries and was professional in all respects. Only encountered a lapse in communication during exchange and completion when Phoebe was on leave and others were covering her work. Would recommend to others.

From early contact, through to the final exchange and completion we have nothing but praise for the conveyancing team of Cathy and Becky at Martin Tolhurst Solicitors. The process was slowed due to lack of professionalism on behalf of another solicitor. Cathy and Becky kept us informed and pushed our buyer and his solicitor to the point of officially complaining, whereby exchange and completion took place in 48 hrs. Great service and thoroughly recommended. Additionally I would think twice of selecting conveyancers a great distance away. We had documents that were received, printed and hand delivered back in 2 hours.
