      We cannot thank our Boys and Maughan Canterbury office enough for the outstanding service we received, and in particular, Gemma has been absolutely amazing. Our house sale was completed in just 9 weeks — or effectively 7 working weeks due to Christmas, which is truly incredible and far beyond what we expected. Although Graham was our named solicitor, Gemma handled almost everything from start to finish, and she did so with incredible efficiency, professionalism, and care. Her communication was excellent, always prompt, clear, fast and reassuring and she made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and straightforward. Gemma went above and beyond at every stage, chasing progress, keeping us informed, and ensuring nothing was delayed. Her dedication and attention to detail made all the difference, and we genuinely believe the speed and success of our sale are largely thanks to her hard work.
