    From commencement to end of this process Heather showed knowledge, courtesy and commitment. I received constant updates and advice and the result was a satisfactory conclusion.     House Sale

    We used Boys and Maughan to act on the sale of our late mothers house sale. The whole process was dealt with in a efficient manner and any queries were dealt with quickly. We would highly recommend them for any house sale/purchase.

    Fantastic service from start to finish.

    Maddison and Melissa were fantastic throughout our rather trying and slightly complicated sale and further purchase, providing advice, an ear when we were frustrated and didn't know what to do, a friendly voice and of course the actual service we paid for. I cannot recommend Maddison & Melissa enough. We had some troubles with our sale (selling a 120 year old building was interesting) and Maddison and Melissa were on hand at every stage. They were patient when we called to question things that they had already told us (and quite clearly) and happily explained every step of the way. Thank you to you both, so so much. When we were at our wits end, you reminded us at every turn that it was worth it, you are fabulous.

      When your conveyancer works part time

      Whilst I understand that employees have a right to work the hours that they negotiate with their employer, it does not help me when I have an enquiry about a technicality and wasn’t offered the opportunity to speak to anyone else in the office.

      We cannot thank our Boys and Maughan Canterbury office enough for the outstanding service we received, and in particular, Gemma has been absolutely amazing. Our house sale was completed in just 9 weeks — or effectively 7 working weeks due to Christmas, which is truly incredible and far beyond what we expected.
