    Maddison and Averil kept us up to date through the whole process. We felt completely at ease with them. Maddison did a lot of work to push our buyers solicitors as they had caused a lot of delays but I had complete faith that it would get resolved as quickly as possible.     Fantastic service

    I can fully recommend Boys and Maughan for their conveyancing. A vast improvement in terms of both speed and communication on our last move. Graham and his team were very efficient and always quick to respond to questions. When issues arose, Graham was extremely knowledgeable and kept the process on track when I fear others would have not had the knowledge and things would have fallen apart or been significantly delayed.     House purchase - Cold/disappointing/ not a personal service

    Out of all the conveyances in my house purchase history this was 'mechanical'. The communication (emails) were not addressed with my name, just left blank. I felt this was rude not to address by name, this annoyed me hugely. The process was unfriendly, distant and not what one expects of a service one is paying lots of money for. She (Ms Anderson) gives her number but it rarely contactable on said number. Is she a conveyancer or a solicitor? A cold / distance service.

      We cannot thank our Boys and Maughan Canterbury office enough for the outstanding service we received, and in particular, Gemma has been absolutely amazing.
