Good solicitors but slow and felt like they didn’t have that personal touch

Was recommended to use Christine @ Boys & Maughan by my mortgage advisor Robin, part of Davies Financial Planning. I am very happy to say I was pleased with the overall service provided, with any queries being answered very quickly, usually within the hour. Considering we were told that the average time to completion was 16-20 weeks upon first starting our property search, we managed to apply, exchange and complete in just under 9 weeks! Whilst I understand that employees have a right to work the hours that they negotiate with their employer, it does not help me when I have an enquiry about a technicality and wasn’t offered the opportunity to speak to anyone else in the office.

We cannot thank our Boys and Maughan Canterbury office enough for the outstanding service we received, and in particular, Gemma has been absolutely amazing.
