To be promised to get help at the start because I have special needs to be told they will send me for test and didn't do anything for me is shocking I should of never been put through what I did especially when an other person didn't have to there solicitors helped them i struggle and my solicitors was a no show on the day he said he would be there so yes not happy

Yousif Kutub proved a sensitive and effective handler of what appeared to be a delicate and saddening inconvenience. Although, irrespective of this being the case with Tuckers or more broadly with any solicitors in the circumstances that had arisen, it would have helped to follow through with an even short phone call, considering the distress that we had been under, once the incident was resolved, and the lack of this does leave something to be desired, still, the case's effective and sensitive, prompt, solution stood out as one that is likely quite difficult to rival or match by other lawyers. A big thank you for your help.

After losing complete faith in My previous solicitors I was recommended Tuckers. They dealt with matters swiftly and professionally. Keeping me on the loop the entire time. Even chasing when required.
If the rest of the company are as unresponsive and unprofessional as Mr Walsh I recommend avoiding altogether. Mr Walsh and I entered a written agreement over e-mail for representation. I spent a few days gathering necessary documentation... and then he disappeared. I sent a series of follow up e-mails (even contacted admin team to check he still worked there). Eventually had a response to say that due to "developments" he could not take my case on. He assured me that it was straight forward "in and out" case and would not take much work. No idea if this is common practise or not with this company. Reviews suggest it is.
Good firm
We used Tuckers Solicitor’s through a recommendation. Made up to say the least with the outcome of the case. Clare Parrott was genuine, professional but also very down to earth. Let’s hope nothing ever happens where we need to use you in the future, but if it ever does you will be our guys 😊

This company know absolutely nothing about the law and always take the easy route just to get paid. Would not recommend at all. Unprofessional and never return calls.

I cannot thank a Sadique enough for his exceptional support, professionalism and dedication. For unfortunate reasons I have had to deal with the Police. I have a neighbour from hell… Even though this sort of work is for entry level Solicitor , Sadique still took on the case and helped me clear my name. If you are looking to get yourself out that cell , then look no further . Ask for Sadique Al-Hakeem.

Stay away I met Andrew Bennington as a duty solicitor and I relied on him to come and represent me on my court date. He did not get through to me. He did not go through my case with Me and he let me know a day before at 5 PM that they won’t be taking my case on when I have court tomorrow in the morning do not go anywhere near this firm Do not trust them especially Andrew bennington I have been trying to contact them since two weeks as I’ve not heard from him and I finally got a phone call from him today when there’s a day left for court after conta ting the firm for 10 days telling me that he won’t be attended, not professional at all left me in a really bad situation. Do not do not contact this solicitor as they won’t help you they’ll make your case worse stay away from them not proffesional at all
We cannot breach client confidentiality by posting what really happened but this is not the case. We have a complaints procedure that was set out in writing to you at the start of the case and at no point did you raise any complaint so we have no opportunity to address the issue with you prior to you posting this review.
Terrible Firm, Decided to only talk to me about my case on the morning of the court date, the solicitor was also late so we had hardly any time to discuss my case. When talking to my solicitor I quickly realised they knew nothing about the category of law that my case was. In the courtroom my Solicitor hardly fought my case, didn't mention anything that I had told them. Obviously the verdict was not in my favour, pretty much ruined my whole life as I am now unable to work in the profession I had trained, studied, and worked in my whole life. At the end of the hearing my solicitor advised me not to appeal and that I should be happy that its all over. I am almost certain they only took my case for a quick money grab and didn't care about the outcome or how it would affect my life, at the end of the day I know the whole situation was my fault to begin with but I would have never paid Tuckers almost £1000 for them to do absolutely nothing and put in a position where I have given them a substantial amount of money and then not be able to work. DO NOT USE THESE SOLICITORS THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY.
