Very happy customers! Chris made our whole process very smooth and made sure things were easily detailed for us through the whole thing. Extremely efficient with messages and patient when we were obtaining documents from our end. The app is fabulous and really helps seeing the progress and what is left to do. Good overall service, communication felt a little slow at times but understand you have multiple cases. A few issues last few days that I thought would stop the sale but managed to get them ironed out.
