Needed to make my Will,something we tend to put on the back burner for too long. Wanted a professional one, not a DIY. Contacted B L.&J at Walton Vale and made an appointment. Laura Williams helped me to prepare the Will. She pointed out the do's and dont's and guided me through the process. It all went very smooth and Laura was both professional and friendly. My Wife and I have been considering having our Wills prepared and met Melissa Hughes at BLJ towards the end of April. Dealing with this really important matter is never straightforward and we were naturally anxious. There was no need, however, as Melissa was very professional, extremely knowledgeable and highly experienced. There quite a few people to deal with, however all concerned were very helpful, but not always as quick as you'd like. The solicitors final approach to completion were very helpful and immensely professional on fulfilling our wishes of a sooner completion. Excellent service

Good overall service, communication felt a little slow at times but understand you have multiple cases. A few issues last few days that I thought would stop the sale but managed to get them ironed out.
