I recommend Claire very highly . From our first meeting ,with us girls ,(we are 3 sisters )Claire is very friendly ,professional ,knowledgeable and genuine in everything she says . Obviously legal matters worry everybody , they certainly gave me ,and my 2 sisters sleep deprivation ,but Claire explains quietly ensuring we understood . Claire has always replied to my emails and phone calls when I’ve asked any questions . When we 3 sisters are panicking ,Claire has always been Proactive ,calm ,caring and very approachable. JCP supported myself following the death of my husband. Ian Rees dealt with the civil claim, it took a longer than expected with no fault on JCPs end. They were respectful, helpful, answered all my questions. They gave me advice and didn’t pressure me to settle, they offered to continue to fight longer if I required it. I felt supported and throughout, I’m grateful it’s finally over. I will continue to use JCP, I have just started my will process. I have also recommend them to friends and family.

Choose another law firm, based upon my recent bad experience. Poor communication and don't represent your interests. I wasted £17,000 with this firm.

Excellent. They dealt with an industrial injury claim for me in 2001.

They take your money and not help and advice you in the right way. When people are new to doing things they dont help you and support. If someone has a disability they take advantage of that to see how much money they can get out of you definitely be care full of these solicitors and anyone in there team dont get this lot to do nothing for you. The names that you need to know are heather Nicholas victoria holmes and if you have a deputy dont have any one from jcp i did and I regret even having my claim for my injury with them they dont care about you and what you want or feel
