My life is one which definitely needs looking at the future rather than the past. I hope that everyone realises how crucial and helpful it is to have the form of solicitor or lawyer to provide that someone with opportunities to secure a better future for one's self. Tucker Solicitors have done just that, yes my future at the moment is very uncertain and has definitely affected my mental health in more ways then one. But knowing that the hardest stage of my action is now completed and its all about making the impact of providing a better future for myself, that is really all that matters. However, it has been extremely grateful to have Tuckers Solicitors on my side and giving you the most important of support team to give you a fighting chance in giving the best possible outcome to you. I have a fairly rare mental condition which contributed to my offence. My solicitor understood the implications and set them out before the magistrates clearly so they could take them into consideration as mitigation. Not everyone graps the nature of my diagnosis so I was relieved to have someone on my side who could get the message across effectively.

Scott devoted a huge amount of time to my case and represented me very well in Court and achieved the best possible outcome I could have wished for. I would recommend him to anybody who needs straightforward advice unlike others I had spoken with who led me up the garden path and cost me a lot of money.

Friendly made me feel at ease and comfortable follow up was had and I would recommend
Stay away I met Andrew Bennington as a duty solicitor and I relied on him to come and represent me on my court date. He did not get through to me. He did not go through my case with Me and he let me know a day before at 5 PM that they won’t be taking my case on when I have court tomorrow in the morning do not go anywhere near this firm Do not trust them especially Andrew bennington I have been trying to contact them since two weeks as I’ve not heard from him and I finally got a phone call from him today when there’s a day left for court after conta ting the firm for 10 days telling me that he won’t be attended, not professional at all left me in a really bad situation. Do not do not contact this solicitor as they won’t help you they’ll make your case worse stay away from them not proffesional at all
We cannot breach client confidentiality by posting what really happened but this is not the case. We have a complaints procedure that was set out in writing to you at the start of the case and at no point did you raise any complaint so we have no opportunity to address the issue with you prior to you posting this review.
Terrible Firm, Decided to only talk to me about my case on the morning of the court date, the solicitor was also late so we had hardly any time to discuss my case. When talking to my solicitor I quickly realised they knew nothing about the category of law that my case was. In the courtroom my Solicitor hardly fought my case, didn't mention anything that I had told them. Obviously the verdict was not in my favour, pretty much ruined my whole life as I am now unable to work in the profession I had trained, studied, and worked in my whole life. At the end of the hearing my solicitor advised me not to appeal and that I should be happy that its all over. I am almost certain they only took my case for a quick money grab and didn't care about the outcome or how it would affect my life, at the end of the day I know the whole situation was my fault to begin with but I would have never paid Tuckers almost £1000 for them to do absolutely nothing and put in a position where I have given them a substantial amount of money and then not be able to work. DO NOT USE THESE SOLICITORS THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY.
