I cannot express our gratitude to Tuckers and especially to Mr Alex Walsh Atkins enough. In the most testing times, he has been our rock. He has been so professional, knowledgeable, wise, thorough with great attention to detail, excellent communication and has gone above and beyond. He accepts and understands that there may be complex issues with both the individual and the situation and gives time and very well thought out and pragmatic advice. He listens to concerns, is kind, patient, respectful and treats you like an individual not a defendant. He understands that beyond the person there is a family who are equally distressed and helpless. In dark times he stands next to you and does his very best for you. Very professional will use again definitely

I have had excellent help and service from Tuckers, particularly from one of the senior partners (Mr Atkins). Throughout a long and complex case, we felt supported every step of the day including receiving help out of hours, detailed explanations of all processes and solid advice every time. Mr Atkins and one of his junior colleagues were very professional, but most kind and empathetic and went way beyond our expectations every time we needed help. We feel very fortunate and thankful that we approached Tuckers at a most difficult time.

I was very happy with service very professional

Stay away I met Andrew Bennington as a duty solicitor and I relied on him to come and represent me on my court date. He did not get through to me. He did not go through my case with Me and he let me know a day before at 5 PM that they won’t be taking my case on when I have court tomorrow in the morning do not go anywhere near this firm Do not trust them especially Andrew bennington I have been trying to contact them since two weeks as I’ve not heard from him and I finally got a phone call from him today when there’s a day left for court after conta ting the firm for 10 days telling me that he won’t be attended, not professional at all left me in a really bad situation. Do not do not contact this solicitor as they won’t help you they’ll make your case worse stay away from them not proffesional at all

We cannot breach client confidentiality by posting what really happened but this is not the case. We have a complaints procedure that was set out in writing to you at the start of the case and at no point did you raise any complaint so we have no opportunity to address the issue with you prior to you posting this review.

Terrible Firm, Decided to only talk to me about my case on the morning of the court date, the solicitor was also late so we had hardly any time to discuss my case. When talking to my solicitor I quickly realised they knew nothing about the category of law that my case was. In the courtroom my Solicitor hardly fought my case, didn't mention anything that I had told them. Obviously the verdict was not in my favour, pretty much ruined my whole life as I am now unable to work in the profession I had trained, studied, and worked in my whole life. At the end of the hearing my solicitor advised me not to appeal and that I should be happy that its all over. I am almost certain they only took my case for a quick money grab and didn't care about the outcome or how it would affect my life, at the end of the day I know the whole situation was my fault to begin with but I would have never paid Tuckers almost £1000 for them to do absolutely nothing and put in a position where I have given them a substantial amount of money and then not be able to work. DO NOT USE THESE SOLICITORS THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY.
