From the outset of my case Anna Illingworth and her assistant Ruth were a positive and determined team. There was no “grey area” with Anna I knew from the outset what my position was and where it was going. The advice I received was strong and this gave me confidence of a positive outcome. I was not disappointed. I had regular feedback on how the process was going and replies to any questions were quickly answered.
