    I just wanted to say I would highly recommend and can’t thank you enough. My first encounter was with Shaylie who was so lovely and explained the process involved with a redundancy settlement. I was really concerned as I had such a short deadline to meet, so I sent Shaylie the necessary documentation and she informed me her colleague, Lucy, would be in touch. I received an email from Lucy the same day, arranging a telephone appointment for the next day and I explained I had a newborn baby. Lucy was so accommodating and I was able to pick a time suitable for me and was told I didn’t need to worry if I needed to cut the call short, she could always pick up later if my little one became unsettled. I was so grateful for this. Lucy was so lovely and friendly, and nothing was too much trouble. It was also just the little personal touches, she always remembered my little girls name and wished us well when it was all completed. Thank you for an amazing service.

    Completely inept. Thanks to their lack of professionalism and mistakes, the resolution of a family will has taken over 3 years so far. Furthermore, they never answer enquiries promptly - by phone or email. The sort of solicitors that give lawyers a bad name

    I called a place to book an appointment for getting some important documents witnessed and signed. The receptionist was friendly and helpful, and she transferred my call to someone else who could assist me. However, the person I spoke to seemed impatient and disinterested in my needs. She kept interrupting me while I was explaining what I needed, and as a result, she misunderstood my requirements. When I tried to correct her misunderstanding, she became even ruder and kept talking over me. Eventually, she said that she couldn't legally help me. I was disappointed with the way she treated me and decided to look for help elsewhere. Thankfully, I found a solicitor in Attleborough who was polite, listened carefully, and was able to assist me with my requirements.

      I have used Spire in Dereham on a couple of occasions and speaking from my experience they were really helpful. Last week I popped in as I needed a document witnessed. I had arranged to go in at a certain time but didn't realise that the person I had arranged the appointment with was in their Norwich office.....my mistake :-) Anyway, after a short wait they managed to fit me in and had Claire witness the document for me. Claire was a pleasure to deal with and the receptionist I spoke to was also very pleasent. In today's world where we are all so quick to leave one star reviews, I have to compliment Spire.
