This firm cannot be trusted whatsoever. They lost our family silver and furniture and refused to pay compensation. Our money was subject to tax penalties and interest on late payments because this firm failed to comply with their obligations to HMRC. We also lost money because someone else with an interest in the estate was overpaid. We have literally been fleeced by this firm for shoddy work. Their charges are extortionate. They charged over and over again to do the same work because they were not able to get it right the first time. Alisdair Liddle was the worst solicitor I have ever had. He made promise after promise then left the firm without fulfilling any of them. Absolutely shocking and appalling conduct from a supposedly professional person.

Having heard so many horror stories about conveyancing solicitors it has been a relief and delight that the team at Spire Wymondham were the complete antithesis of this. They were very helpful, reassuring and extremely efficient while acting for my mother in the sale of her property and fully deserve to be highly recommended for thier services.

Currently waiting for news in regards to my grandfather that passed on 01/01/23. Very unhappy - we are constantly having to contact them for updates (absolutely no communication from them without us hassling them!) and they've forgotten to send paperwork twice.

We would recommend Spire Solicitors to all our friends and family. We recently used Spire solicitors for the sale and purchase of a new house. Liz Bailey made the whole process stress-free and kept us up to date with all communications throughout. Liz was always professional and personable in her dealings with our case and always responded to calls and emails whenever we had a question or query on the process. Expensive. After 25 years service with a predecessor Hood Vores & Allwood what loyalty discount was I shown ? Sod all. Last time I ever go to Spire. For me, lack of client 'care'. Lack of information regarding progress. Much better and less expensive options in Dereham, and probably more caring and professional as well. That's my opinion anyway.
