If there was a way of giving less than one star that would be my rating. Awful, does not begin to describe this firm. An estate they said would take 6-8 months to complete, still dragging on 18 months later! Astronomical charges, very very poor service and don’t bother raising a complaint, that’s a complete waste of time! My recommendation DON’T use this firm!! 🤬🤬

Failed to check that a property completion date had been set when they were closed for a training afternoon resulting in sale not completing and extra costs.

We would highly recommend Spire Solicitors who handled the sale and purchase of our properties recently. Prompt and clear communication, professional approach, giving very welcome legal advice throughout. This is the third time we have used Spire Wymondham for conveyancing and they have been excellent on each occasion. In addition we have used Spire for Wills and Probate services on three occasions, again very professional and efficient throughout, with very clear and frequent communications.
I have used Spire in Dereham on a couple of occasions and speaking from my experience they were really helpful. Last week I popped in as I needed a document witnessed. I had arranged to go in at a certain time but didn't realise that the person I had arranged the appointment with was in their Norwich office.....my mistake :-) Anyway, after a short wait they managed to fit me in and had Claire witness the document for me. Claire was a pleasure to deal with and the receptionist I spoke to was also very pleasent. In today's world where we are all so quick to leave one star reviews, I have to compliment Spire.
