Peter Cook breezed through our exceptionally complicated sale of our barn complex. His attention to detail is second to none. Nothing was too much trouble and although the auction was looming all the packs were ready to be uploaded on time and nothing was missing. On sale everything was completed on time. If I could give 6 stars to Spire for Peter's work and conveyancing expertise I would. We wouldn't use anyone else.

Just to say thank you so much for your superb performance in selling the Old Chapel and purchasing our new home. Everything was handled very succinctly and professionally. What I noticed and liked most of all is that you were always available at the end of the phone which is so unusual these days. The actual physical move couldn’t have gone smoother yesterday and the completion was executed in record time. If I ever have the energy to move again I shall certainly want you in my corner!

Spire Solicitors are by the far the best solicitors in Wymondham! I have had regular dealings with Jamie, Ian and Donna, all of which are fantastic at what they do! Nothing is too much trouble and they operate effectively and efficiently to ensure their clients needs are met within excellent timeframes. If you are looking for conveyancers to deal with your property sales or purchases, look no further! Would give far higher than 5* if it was possible! Expensive. After 25 years service with a predecessor Hood Vores & Allwood what loyalty discount was I shown ? Sod all. Last time I ever go to Spire. For me, lack of client 'care'. Lack of information regarding progress. Much better and less expensive options in Dereham, and probably more caring and professional as well. That's my opinion anyway.
