Peter Cook breezed through our exceptionally complicated sale of our barn complex. His attention to detail is second to none. Nothing was too much trouble and although the auction was looming all the packs were ready to be uploaded on time and nothing was missing. On sale everything was completed on time. If I could give 6 stars to Spire for Peter's work and conveyancing expertise I would. We wouldn't use anyone else.

Jasmine Gay was very professional and personable in all our dealings with Spire Solicitors. She answered our questions with very little delay and while sometime the sales process became very complex she handled all situations with efficiency. The sale’s property involved one of the owners living overseas with a significant time change, which made communication sometimes more difficult but she worked with us to try and make the process as seamless as possible. We were happy with her services.

I have used Spire in Dereham on a couple of occasions and speaking from my experience they were really helpful. Last week I popped in as I needed a document witnessed. I had arranged to go in at a certain time but didn't realise that the person I had arranged the appointment with was in their Norwich office.....my mistake :-) Anyway, after a short wait they managed to fit me in and had Claire witness the document for me. Claire was a pleasure to deal with and the receptionist I spoke to was also very pleasent. In today's world where we are all so quick to leave one star reviews, I have to compliment Spire. Needed help dealing with legal documents. Spire have a very good review. The staff ever-so friendly and gave me all the help and advuce i needed. Also it was explained in plain english, not awkward terms.
Not great service. Never get updates, won't answer phone calls and unhelpful. Take ages to get back to us. Would never use again
