I have used both Lilly and Jakes teams at Leathes Prior and both have been very efficient and most importantly very timely and quick at responding to my emails and getting the mortages completed - Ive had other solicitors not reply for days or just go awol - these guys its never a worry

Leathes Prior have been my go to law firm for a number of years since meeting one of their solicitors at a Brown & Co property auction in Norwich. Over the subsequent 8 years or so, they have produced a number of commercial leases for me and assisted with property transactions. Wnat anyone wants from their conveyancer is a quick process with minimal issues at a reasonable price - Leathes Prior delivered on all these. Completion was achieved less than 2 months after sale agreed, and Rachael Hughes managed the transaction without any fuss or delay - excellent service!

We couldn’t be happier with the service we received from Anna and Izabela. From start to finish, they were absolutely exceptional. Their communication was outstanding. Every query we had was answered incredibly quickly, and we felt fully supported throughout the entire process. They were proactive in keeping us updated and in letting us know in advance whenever Anna would be out of the office or unavailable, so we were never left wondering what was happening. We felt they were really thorough, identifying discrepancies and highlighting anything the developer had overlooked or omitted. It gave us confidence that our interests were being protected. When I had concerns about an issue that arose, Anna quickly made time to meet with me and talk everything through. Her professionalism, reassurance, and willingness to go the extra mile made a huge difference and really put my mind at ease.
