Paige is an excellent conveyancer. Very responsive and efficient. She helped me through a difficult sale calmly and with expertise. She impressed even my estate agent with her amazing service. I would definitely use Paige again and have already recommended her to others.

I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from my solicitor throughout the purchase of my new home. They were professional, approachable, and incredibly helpful from start to finish. They made what can often be a stressful and complicated process feel straightforward and easy. Communication was excellent, they kept me informed at every stage, and they were always quick to answer any questions I had. Their attention to detail and commitment to making the whole process as smooth as possible really stood out. I felt completely supported and confident throughout the purchase. I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, reliable, and genuinely helpful solicitor. An excellent experience from beginning to end!

I had a brilliant experience working with Michael Marshall at Pepperells for my house purchase. As a first-time home buyer, navigating the conveyancing process could have been overwhelming, but Michael made everything smooth and straightforward. He was exceptionally responsive, clear, and proactive from start to finish. I always felt completely in the loop and well-supported throughout the entire transaction. I highly recommend Michael and the Pepperells team to anyone needing a reliable conveyancing solicitor!

Chloe at Pepperells was wonderful. She provided prompt, concise and helpful communication throughout the process. Unfortunately the buyer’s solicitor was less than efficient but Chloe kept me informed and updated. It was important to me that everything happened swiftly and smoothly and Chloe ensured that was the case. It was greatly appreciated.

We had an appointment very quickly with Rebecca, and communication from the office before that appointment was timely and clear. Rebecca understood our issue and gave us really useful information and advice, giving us examples from both sides of the issue to help us be confident in our options. She listened to our concerns well and offered practical advice, which was both clear and useful. Her tone was very professional but also understanding and emphatic, which we appreciated. We felt very reassured by Rebecca's knowledge and advice and it helped our worry immensely.

My Sale completed on Wednesday 26th August. My entire proceeds are 'missing'. No sense of urgency from Pepperells but then they have had their fee. Now 10 days of endless phone calls and sleepless nights. Still no proceeds.
We honestly couldn’t recommend Paige enough! She was absolutely amazing throughout the whole process of buying our first home. She kept us updated, always stayed in contact and was extremely helpful in chasing other people when things needed to be pushed along. She explained everything clearly whenever there was something we didn’t quite understand, which made such a difference as first time buyers! She was always so helpful and professional and we felt like we were in safe hands from start to finish. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and we really appreciated all the hard work she put in to getting us into our first home. We couldn’t fault her or the service we received. Thank you so much for everything Paige, we’re so grateful!
