Could not recommend Paige at Pepperells enough! Communication was excellent, Paige ensured to kept me updated the whole way through. Tom has been easy to deal with. He's responsive, listens properly - I didn't have to repeat anything - and has a wealth of experience. I felt confident in having him on my side against a big bully corporate company who were intent on pushing me into an untenable situation. I can happily recommend Tom Behan for his knowledge, skills, and responsiveness, He's a pleasure to deal with and excellent value for money to boot - I was extremely wary of the cost of getting a solicitor involved, but it was ultimately more reasonable than I had feared. The world desperately needs more reasonably-priced solicitors like Tom. I had previously thought them the province of the wealthy, but Tom has changed my view. I would have no hesitation in using him again.

completely satisfied with the services and Luke interpretation skills. However it is sad that in this day and age, wills are written in a legalise jargon that the intelligent layperson cannot fully comprehend and therefore you have to interrogate the solicitor for clarity. Luke explained this very well.

I received some good advice regarding a dispute with my neighbours. You have to pay for your appointment upfront but it was well worth it.

In January this year I purchased a car from a dealership. The car did not meet satisfactory standards and the dealership was refusing me my consumer rights under the 30 day right to return. I contacted Pepperells and was quickly given an appointment with Leah Kelly (Associate Solicitor). Leah was amazing, she listened carefully, and understood my situation. Leah issued a Letter Before Action to the dealership, unfortunately, they didn't respond. However, Leah and her colleague Selin (Trainee Solicitor) did not give up and managed to arrange a meeting with the dealership to rectify the situation. The meeting was a success and I now have a new car I am happy with. I would highly recommend Pepperells Solicitors. Both Leah and Selin provided great service. I am extremely grateful for their assistance.

Do not use this firm , let me down and lied so many times , felt like I was doing there job for them . Very unprofessional and not very nice to clients I had to get the legal ombudsman involved
