Really let me down
Was told ibb was going to represent me in court, the day before my hearing I chased them up as I hadn't heard a thing from them since. Was told I would be contacted with the name of the solicitor. I was never contacted. The day of my hearing no on showed and I was left on my own. Tried to calm them and was just left in hold.

We have investigated this and can confirm that no hearing took place as the court had problems with their CVP system so they have adjourned it to a date in July when we will attend. So sadly not our error, but court technology failure. Please contact us if you wish to discuss this matter further.

Sadly I have had a terrible experience with this law firm and its cost me dearly. Their mistakes have basically ruined the last two years of my life and lost me a fortune. And atm I can see no end to it. I'm leaving this review because I have asked for their complaints procedure but they have failed to send it to me. The worst mistake I ever made was using this company. Jill Roberts needs to seek another career as she as not only cost me the fees but also my settlement. STAY CLEAR... I have spent the last 12 months putting people off using Thursfields. Please believe me and 22 others that I know of......

Its now a year since I used IBB law and my reflections are that although the team are very professional, they seem to focus on "bigger" cases than mine, which at times made my case feel quite insignificant. When going through one of the biggest traumatic events in my life to date, this was not ideal.

I used Knights and Hayley Goldstone to deal with the purchase of the freehold for a block of apartments by the leaseholders. Hayley was very professional and helpful in what was a very complicated purchase due to the change in the law under the Building Safety Act 2022 and the need to obtain a FREAW report on the external cladding on the listed building. A client
Contacted Knights today regarding Wills and Estate and was told somebody would call me back and they didn’t. Also spoke with Devika about acting on our behalf regarding property. Gave her addresses of both properties amongst other details so would have hoped to have received quote today. This didn’t happen, I got one email asking for address of property to buy even though this was given and then another email later in the day asking for address of property we have to sell. I am dumbfounded at how poor the service is so far so after looking at reviews below, safe to say we will not be proceeding with Knights if service is so bad before we’ve even started. This is what happens when private equity companies buy up businesses and start stripping it of anything that is quality and it’s all about profits. Poor service and calibre of staff.

My mother recently passed away and IBB (now Knights) were holding her papers, I started the request a month ago and I am still waiting for them to locate the papers. I keep being told “we cannot locate the papers currently as the archives have moved and nobody knows the new system”, blah blah, I am starting to think “can’t locate” equates to LOST! Shocking…
