The Blaser Mills team did a superb job assisting us with our Maidenhead house sale and purchase in Cornwall. They were professional and accessible at all times. Hugely knowledgable and strong in representing us in both the sale and purchase. Asking all the right questions. Led brilliantly by Helen Rodwell, the fact the whole team (including Emilia Govier) knowledgable of the process of our sale or purchase whenever we made contact was incredibly reassuring. It all got pretty stressful in the final few weeks ahead of exchange (primarily caused by online solicitors lower down the chain), but the Blaser Mills team's professionalism, attention to detail and calm guidance made a huge difference for us. They exceeded all my expectations and I would definitely recommend them.

Helen was brilliant throughout the process of helping me complete my property purchase. Helen's proactive and thorough way of working kept me prepared to do what was required from me throughout every step of my property puchase, well in advance. I was kept updated with any changes or movements within the property purchase process in a timely fashion. Whenever I emailed or phoned with any queries, I was always provided with an answer to every question I had, promptly.

I contacted this firm for a conveyancing quote, but they refused to act because the property is a 4‑storey building. The building is a 2023 modern conversion with no cladding issues, no fire safety concerns, and does not fall under the “high risk” category of the Building Safety Act. It was disappointing to see a blanket refusal without assessing the actual property. Other firms had no issue proceeding. Sharing this so other buyers know what to expect.

Joanne Edwards and her team were simply brilliant throughout our recent property (sale and purchase) transaction. It is often said that you will need to continuously chase a conveyancer to push a house sale/purchase along, but the exact opposite was true for Joanne at Blaser Mills. She was clear from the outset with regards her fees, was incredibly communicative throughout and most crucially was pro-active - at one stage the transaction on our sale slowed (for reasons unknown) but Joanne was quick to push the agents for updates and provide us with advice when something didn't seem right. My wife and I were working to our own personal deadline, as the due date for our second child is the 20th October... the transaction completed on 26th September and I am 100% convinced we wouldn't have met our deadline had it not been for Joanne. I shall be recommending Joanne and Blaser Mills to anyone that needs a conveyancer.

Having not bought or sold a property for over 25 years, I was very apprehensive about selling my Mothers house for her.
