I contacted this firm for a conveyancing quote, but they refused to act because the property is a 4‑storey building. The building is a 2023 modern conversion with no cladding issues, no fire safety concerns, and does not fall under the “high risk” category of the Building Safety Act. It was disappointing to see a blanket refusal without assessing the actual property. Other firms had no issue proceeding. Sharing this so other buyers know what to expect.
Zara Liedl Carroll, Michaela Mayor and the team at Blaser Mills have supported me on the recent sale of 2 residential properties. On both occasions they were very efficient, proactively moving the transactions along. Very satisfied with their service.
