Blaser Mills were incredibly quick, efficient and knowledgeable when assisting me with the sale of my property. Amy and Maureen kept me informed of the progress throughout and were able to answer any queries I had. It took me 12 weeks to complete, although I�m certain this would have taken far less time, had my buyer�s solicitor been more prompt. All costs were communicated and there were no surprises, unlike with other solicitors I have used in the past. Blaser Mills were fantastic through the process of us buying our new home and selling our old one. It was our first time doing both at the same time but they were very informative, communicative and professional throughout. I contacted this firm for a conveyancing quote, but they refused to act because the property is a 4‑storey building. The building is a 2023 modern conversion with no cladding issues, no fire safety concerns, and does not fall under the “high risk” category of the Building Safety Act. It was disappointing to see a blanket refusal without assessing the actual property. Other firms had no issue proceeding. Sharing this so other buyers know what to expect.
