We dealt with Natalie Goodge and Jack Burton at Banner Jones. Our property journey was very difficult selling our house in Devon went to contracts being drawn up 4 times. Chains kept breaking down over a period of nearly two years. Natalie and Jack were a pleasure to deal with, very professional and we would have no hesitation to recommend them.. They were a pleasure to deal with even though some of our buyers created their own challenges. They were very approachable and kept us fully informed even though the sale had to be aborted 3 times. And we lost a house and had to start searching again. Natalie was very tenacious when our final buyers started asking for an indemnity policy and Jack supported us all the way over 2 years. All advice was clear and easy to understand. I would not hesitate to recommend this company. We would use again.

We used Banner Jones for the sale of our first home and onward purchase to accommodate our growing family. Amber and Alessia were great, helping us navigate the process and keeping us up to date as things progressed. Terrible experience purchasing a property with Roberta. Repeatedly having to chase her to send reports/documents. Calls going unanswered when I know they have caller I.D. Purchasing property can be stressful but this was another level. I have used Banner Jones in the past and they were very good but I will never use them again. I will be complaining to the legal Ombudsman

We could not be happier with the service provided by Karen and Alice. After previous negative experiences with other conveyancing firms, we were expecting the same sort of service and issues but have been pleasantly surprised. The communication has been fantastic throughout and we haven’t had to ‘chase’ the team to action anything. We wouldn’t hesitate to instruct the team again, should we move in future.
