I would like to give an excellent review to Ringrose Law, especially Miss Beverly Kirk, who has been incredibly helpful throughout my property purchase. She always responded to my enquiries on time, guided me clearly, and helped reduce the stress I was going through. My situation was very difficult. My initial solicitors, who were supposed to complete my property purchase last year in August, went into insolvency. I received a letter from HM Land Registry telling me I must appoint another solicitor to finish the job. This was extremely stressful. I contacted many solicitors — most did not respond, and some said they did not have capacity. I realised that many firms do not want to complete work that was started by someone else. But Ringrose Law did not hesitate. They took on my case, explained the process clearly, and reassured me at every step. Miss Beverly Kirk was outstanding. She guided me properly, communicated professionally, and made sure everything moved forward. I truly appreciate her support. If I buy another property in the future, I will definitely approach Ringrose Law again. I want a solicitor who completes the work from start to finish and does not give up in the middle — and that is exactly what they did for me. Firm was able to preform the necessary searches for my conveyancing. There rates were very high however, and was taken out of the deposit (so on a partial refund) Unable to proceed citing that the building fell under the 2022 safety act, which my current solicitor found no fault with. Was left waiting multiple weeks until I was told about their decision. It required multiple calls and emails to get a response as to why.

Sale of property, Probate, Inheritance Tax, well done by Kate Twigg and her team,cash payments to recipients of the will I was kept informed at all times until completion. Buyer was difficult re payment time , entry date , changed his solicitor 3 times which which extended the closing of date of sale. Agreed and entry date 5/6 months. Ringrose Conveyancing team Led by Frances Aitchison-Boundy, & assistant solicitors, Leanne Green, Irka Kahn ,Millie Hunt, Kept me updated at every change, step of the procedure which at times was frustrating because of the buyer’s changing his solicitor on 3 occasions, and getting an entry date and transfer of contracts completed. on a schedule suitable to him, eventually after 5/6 months the sale and dates agreed. Will never use Ringrose Law ever again in any aspect of the law. They wasted months not doing a thing on my case. I was constantly having to chase them only to be asked again the questions I had replied to months earlier. Eventually they informed me they didn’t think my case was worth pursuing, 3 months before the deadline. Although other Solicitors told me I had a good case, they didn’t have long enough to prepare it due to all the time wasted by Ringrose. A friend of mine also used them to do probate on her husband’s Will. Was told it would take approximately 8 weeks. It actually took them well over a year, after constantly chasing them.

Brilliant from start to finish.
