Average service so far Quite slow at responding, with some responses taking over a week and prompting to respond, and a lot of questions just slip through the cracks with no response. Typical of a lot of conveyancers recently it seems. Too high a case load I guess

Myself and my husband wanted to make a change to our wills. We are both so glad we chose Cherrie to do this for us. From the initial phone call to the final dicuments signing, Cherrie was extremely helpful and professional. Cherrie explained every step in detail. I would love to be able to say my experience with JCP was a great one but so far not so good. We made a big effort to go to the branch in Carmarthen yesterday and saw a lovely receptionist who said that somebody would call us back so that we could have a meeting with a solicitor. We’ve heard nothing back from them and when I phoned today, I got a call Centre in Swansea who were extremely vague and said they would put me through to some customer care unit not what I wanted. Hey we’ll keep looking for a solicitor.
