Would not recommend. Since my late father's passing in Jan 21, my mother has been trying to attain ownership of the family home in order to sell on. She needs to as the home is too large and impractical for her due to her arthritis. We're now nearly 2 years on and no further forward. The person that's been dealing with the case has been ignoring my emails and phone calls asking for updates. I've been informed she's been ill, which I sympathize with, but some communication would have been appreciated . Overall I would not be using them again based on this performance, or lack thereof. It's not good enough. As a paying customer, my mother will likely eventually end up with a hefty bill due to these delays. Very unhappy.
The company dealt with my issue very promptly and efficiently and communication was perfect
Dealt with Fiona over a relatively small matter in the area of housing dispute, but it was an important issue for me. I found her responses and communications to be very clear and really fast. She put my mind at ease, offered excellent advice and the matter was resolved. Excellent service.

We used Lindsay's in Dundee for our recent property sale and purchase and had Lisa Mannion acting on our behalf. In order to avoid missing out on the house we wanted which was moving to a closing date, we needed to move quickly. Lisa couldn't have been more helpful in getting everything in place to ensure we were in a strong position to submit an offer which was ultimately successful. The service provided by Lisa felt personal and like she completely understood our individual needs and I believe she went above and beyond in her engagement with the selling solicitors to ensure we were seen as the preferred bidder at the closing date. All in all, Lisa helped us go from considering moving to being in our new house within around 6/7 weeks and we couldn't be more thankful for her help.

Used Lindsays as my solicitors for purchasing a flat in Dundee. Zoe was the senior solicitor and with her I really felt in safe hands. I have recently used Lindsay’s for both my house sale and purchase of a property. From beginning to end, all staff, but especially Adele, made both processes as smooth and positive as I could have wished for. Communication was brilliant and direct, and made very easy. I must also mention their photographer, who did an absolutely excellent job.
Purchased a property that Lindsay’s sold didn’t have much to do with them to be honest. So rung them a wk or so later after lots of mail was at the property for the previous owner. To see if we can arrange for them to get it. Only to speck with the most arrogant woman who told me I shouldn’t have bothered and just post it back! The minute she answered the call she was rude aggressive and just didn’t want to listen to anything I had to say.
