As this is our first and only house sale in the UK, it has been a pleasure to deal with Lucy, Louise and Laurie. Extremely professional. Highly recommended. Efficient and thorough.
The overall service was excellent. We appreciated the verbal exchanges between ourselves and Mr Fuller; they were always helpful, patient and clear. However, we did struggle somewhat in regard to the legal written phrasing, especially the final legal wording in the Wills themselves. Plain, straightforward written English is a cardinal virtue which can surely be utilised in all legal documents without loss of rigour. Transparency is not the opposite of rigour.

i am very dissatisfied with the service i have received not only were costs greatly inflated with no valid reason i felt intimidated by the solicitor who did not really help me feel at ease in fact she made things much worse and made me feel worse i have also learned she is also not an expert in contract dispute i learned at a later date i originally signed up to a basic fee of £1500 which over night escalated to £5000+ apparently due to my claim being urgent - it was not urgent in fact to date i have still not heard from court there was nothing pressingly urgent about it in my opinion the solicitor repeatedly seemed to be on the side of the other party and dd not make me feel supported at all im afraid i feel i was given inaccurate advise and have since instructed another legal person who has advised to keep the original defendent on the court order and let the judge decide i did not feel listened to merely judged as at the time it naturally made me ill she wrote x 2 letter to the defendents of which to date i have not received the final copy only the draft version with amendments to be done ?

I contacted a solicitor from fbcmb and they worked really hard on my case. I was really struggling emotionally but they kept me going. They achieved a small win for me and potentially future people who might not have to go through the distressing situation I went through with lack of appropriate medical care for my father. I'm very grateful they helped me.

Extremely happy with the service by Robert Poulsen. Very professional and explained everything in detail.
