Jesse was excellent. Getting my will sorted has been on my mind for a few years since my husband passed away and i was very nervous however Jesse understood my situation and provided reassurance and great advice throughout. It was actually quite a simple process and i thanks Jesse for his great support.

We have been dealing with Ruth for the last 12 months and she has kept us informed of every aspect of my late cousins will and estate whether it was by post or personal phone calls.He has been so professional in explaining everything in detail thus taking a lot of pressure off ourselves. We will miss her immensely but would not hesitate to use her again and recommend any one to use her services.

Will start by saying that I received excellent service from the business conveyancing department. The wills and probate team however is a completely different story. I am writing this review to urge anyone considering using this company for their wills to reconsider. My father instructed them as trustees in the event he passed away, in good faith, and he would turn in his grave if he knew what I have been put through by this company. There is too much to even write in here but he passed nearly 4 years ago, and matters are still not resolved. They ignore you, promise responses/call backs and fail to deliver. They've made numerous mistakes and forgotten to give information meaning I've been pressured to make decisions with no time to consider due to deadlines. This is from the director of this department, who I am dealing with as the original solicitor was awful too. I know this may sound like I'm just some nightmare customer but I assure you this isn't the case. Other professionals (accountant etc) have been astounded by the incompetency and downright shoddy service by what is supposed to be a well respected company. I honestly would hate anyone's family to go through this, especially at such an already difficult time. Please at least consider other options because no one wants to think of their loved ones being put through so much stress and anxiety. I leave 2 stars only because the commercial conveyancing department were excellent. The wills and probate team deserve 0 stars based on the "service " I've receieved

I would highly recommend Sangeeta Kohli to anyone looking for a professional, compassionate and highly knowledgeable solicitor, particularly when dealing with the difficult and emotional process of divorce. When my elderly Grandmother was receiving palliative care at home two absent family members appeared to help to look after her. My Mother who lived with her and was her sole carer was suddenly set upon and we were locked out of her property. The Police and Social Services did nothing to help us. We then received a sympathy card through the post.. She had passed away. We then discovered that she has been financially abused by people that she thought she could trust. Her property was left to my Mother. We had to break in to discover that they had looted the place, everything had gone. After several failed attempts at contacting her Doctor (my own GP) to ask what had happened I was informed that this firm would help get that information for me. I felt positive after an introductory meeting here. I have no other family to turn to, no support, no help. This firm was our only hope. I have since being bombarded with bills, threats of bailiffs, court action and debt collecting companies. I have been forced into setting up an account that I shouldn’t have simply due to lack of communication being unable to ask or get advice from anyone. My Mother is vulnerable and suffering from a complete mental breakdown. I have received no communication with anyone since December 2024. I tried to reach out to one of our solicitors recently but was told my query would be passed onto the other solicitor who is handling our case. My Mother has paid this man, we received the bills from him. After asking I received no response again. We then received an e-mail stating that his hourly rates would be increasing. Nobody has responded after being told my query would be passed on as this was in November. I can honestly say I have been pushed to the brink and have been at my wits end with all of this. Not only is my experience absolutely horrendous but the authorities and the people who I thought were here to help me are letting me down also. This is almost as dispiriting as the events that have occurred. I am devastated at the complete lack of support and feel that everyone was extremely helpful and supportive until we signed up. Now we are in the dark and have been for a long time. I’m devastated and completely broken. I don’t think people realise just what their service means to people and the impact (whether it’s good or bad) this can have on their lives. I’m even sorry that I’ve had to write this review to be honest. Ps I gave two stars as the lady that did my Mothers Power of Attorney was lovely and so helpful. Everything that a solicitor should be in my opinion.
