I instructed Lanyon Bowdler to help sell my property earlier this year and have nothing but praise for them. From day 1, I felt that communication was clear, the sale progressed in a timely manner and I had full support throughout. Any questions that I had were answered quickly and at no point did I ever feel anxious or stressed. My Solicitor was Emma Jones who alongside, Legal Support Assistant, Chloe Thomas, both helped make this sale smooth and efficient. I cannot praise the two enough and would highly recommend Lanyon Bowdler for your conveyancing needs.
