    An easy company to deal with . I was appointed a representative (Tracy Haddock). Tracy was professional at all times . Tracy was also sympathetic during the probate process and understanding of the complexities involved. I received timely communications throughout the whole process which helped put me at ease knowing that matters were progressing .     Got there in the end

    It took 6 years to wind up a relatively straight-forward estate of my late aunt. In the latter stages Tracy H took on the case (the third solicitor) and she was prompt, tenacious and persisted in getting matters resolved to bring the estate affairs to a successful conclusion. We really appreciate Tracy's diligence, determination and commitment.

      I would love to be able to say my experience with JCP was a great one but so far not so good. We made a big effort to go to the branch in Carmarthen yesterday and saw a lovely receptionist who said that somebody would call us back so that we could have a meeting with a solicitor. We’ve heard nothing back from them and when I phoned today, I got a call Centre in Swansea who were extremely vague and said they would put me through to some customer care unit not what I wanted. Hey we’ll keep looking for a solicitor.
