    We appointed RRL to handle the selling of our property and the purchase of our new house. After 7 weeks, it came to light that they had not actioned anything regarding our purchase. They denied (to our seller's solicitor) being our representatives. I contacted the admin staff and they immediately blamed us (incorrectly). When it became clear it was a fault at their end, they then stated there had been an IT issue, 'but we are not IT experts'. It was clearly a 'blame anyone else' approach. When I complained to the solicitor directly that we were 7 weeks behind, her response was, 'no we're not, I have come in early today to get the searches started'. A ridiculous statement; it was still seven weeks later than it should have been. In summary, the admin staff were rude, indifferent and too quick to apportion blame incorrectly. They need to appreciate that the process of moving home is challenging for customers, who need to feel confident in their representatives. We did not feel that confidence at any time with RRL.

    Clearly not leaders, unable to be proactive. They were hampered by unhelpful third parties in a probate case but failed to take control and were disorganised and ineffective.
