Chloe was excellent at keeping on top of my case when my ex-partner's solicitors were absolutely horrid. She was clear, regularly in touch, concise and explained what was happening from her side and what she had done but was waiting for. a pleasure to deal with, would go with Pepperells again!

Communication was excellent if I needed anything or better understanding of anything Bev made sure I understood anything that confused me and explained everything. We honestly couldn’t recommend Paige enough! She was absolutely amazing throughout the whole process of buying our first home. She kept us updated, always stayed in contact and was extremely helpful in chasing other people when things needed to be pushed along. She explained everything clearly whenever there was something we didn’t quite understand, which made such a difference as first time buyers! She was always so helpful and professional and we felt like we were in safe hands from start to finish. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and we really appreciated all the hard work she put in to getting us into our first home. We couldn’t fault her or the service we received. Excellent communications, friendly and timely. Great contact with solicitor, house sale and purchase managed well, no issues, very satisfied.

This company represented the seller of my new home. It was my fifth property purchase and also the worst experience I have had. A week before completion they just stopped communicating with my solicitor, the estate agent and the seller said they had been quiet with him too. I had an awful weekend not knowing if I was moving or whether I needed to cancel my removals because they weren't communicating. On the day before completion they were still being awkward and saying they weren't ready to exchange and my seller had to put his shoes on and go to their offices to sort out what it was that was holding up proceedings as he was wanting completion too. Finally they exchanged on the afternoon prior to completion and I was able to let my removal company know they were okay to come. From the perspective of both seller and buyer it was an appalling service. I'd not be happy if my solicitor treated my purchaser with such disrespect not to mention the way they treated him and kept him in the dark. Not the way a decent solicitors works, I'd avoid at all costs rather than let them loose with any kind of conveyancing work!
