    Used for both purchase and sale at same time. Both went through but that’s all I can say. Overall poor service, poor communication, not very responsive and very slow. We have only just received some documents through now - almost 1 year after completion. I would not use again.

    Lisa Lonnia was dealing with the sale & purchase of our house move. She was amazing all the way through and we were kept fully informed.     It doesn't matter from what part of the country you are in John Taylor and the team at Pepperells does a fantastic job.. He was professional in his approach dotted and crossed all the i's and t's, explained anything we wasn't sure about. Got the sellers to set up insurance 's for the parts we needed.       My Sale completed on Wednesday 26th August. My entire proceeds are 'missing'. No sense of urgency from Pepperells but then they have had their fee. Now 10 days of endless phone calls and sleepless nights. Still no proceeds.

      We honestly couldn’t recommend Paige enough! She was absolutely amazing throughout the whole process of buying our first home. She kept us updated, always stayed in contact and was extremely helpful in chasing other people when things needed to be pushed along. She explained everything clearly whenever there was something we didn’t quite understand, which made such a difference as first time buyers! She was always so helpful and professional and we felt like we were in safe hands from start to finish. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and we really appreciated all the hard work she put in to getting us into our first home. We couldn’t fault her or the service we received.
