I just want to say how truly grateful I am for the support I’ve received from Sophie and the team so far. From the very beginning, I felt genuinely listened to and understood. I was going through a really difficult and emotional time, and they handled everything with such care, patience, and kindness. Sophie in particular made me feel so at ease that at times I forgot I was even speaking to a legal firm. — she spoke in a way I could understand and made me feel completely safe and supported. What meant the most to me was feeling heard and valued. Even when I wasn’t at my best, they were always there, reassuring me and guiding me through everything step by step. That level of understanding has made a huge difference to me. No matter what the outcome of my claim is, I can honestly say the way I have been treated has been incredible.
