Clear instructions on what to sign, efficient with sending emails and papers to sign. Even when phone wasn't answered due to meetings, Laura would always call back. They do need a letterbox in new building, if there is one then I couldn't find one! Lindsey came to collect paperwork from me which was very helpful. Hannah was amazing at exchange of contracts, a stressful day but she was very kind on phone and got things moving in Laura's absence.

I came to him with a time-sensitive settlement agreement and a very tight deadline, and he understood the seriousness and urgency of my situation straight away.
