Buying our first ever home, which was most definitely a project, as it needed a lot of work, was admittedly quite daunting. However, all our fears were alleviated by the unwavering support of our fantastic conveyancer Stephanie Knight.

Stephanie was friendly, proactive, always kept us updated, and nothing was ever too much to ask. No question was a silly question and Stephanie guided us through the process seamlessly! When we faced a problem with flies in the property and had trouble with the estate agents not helping to resolve the matter or communicating properly, Stephanie was right onto this fighting our corner and had it resolved by the end of the day! Excellent house sale process

This review is for a different branch.

Used Clifton Ingram to sell our house, they were professional from start to finish and kept us informed through the whole process.

The sale was not without issues further down the chain, but Clifton Ingram navigated us through the challenges and were always on hand with quick responses to our questions and always gave measured impartial advice.

We have also used Clifton Ingram for a sale of land and to purchase a house for our daughter, we have never had any problems, highly recommended.

Clifton Ingram took on the conveyancing of the sale of my property to my local authority and the purchase of a new ‘part by part rent’ property. Both of these were complicated, but I was allocated two solicitors,one to work on the sale and one for the purchase . We completed six weeks later . I’m so impressed and would definitely recommend the Wokingham office !

I used Clifton Ingram for conveyancing services for the sale of my late mother's house and the purchase of a new build property. I found Lorna, Denise and Linda approachable, professional and efficient. We had the most incredible positive journey with the sale and then the separate purchase of our properties.
