    Property Purchase I cannot recommend Debbie Beswick enough. Her assistance with purchasing my property was second to none. Every query was dealt with swiftly & efficiently & I was never left waiting. My purchase was particularly time sensitive as I wanted to get my purchase through in time to benefit from the stamp duty saving and Debbie did everything within her power to help achieve this goal.     Our solicitor took a very methodical approach that made the sale of our house a tick box exercise. The amount of initial forms are a bit overwhelming, however thorough. We were kept informed throughout the process and a common sense attitude prevailed.

    Hart Brown has helped me with the legal aspects of selling a house. The process has gone efficiently and smoothly and I am grateful for the work the solicitor has done for the sale.       Having used Hart Brown almost 25 years ago when we first drew up our wills, we came back to make some adjustments as the service had previously been faultless. The same could not be said this time. No acknowledgement of an email of ours replying to Hart Brown to arrange our appointment in over 2 weeks is not what we had anticipated, but we cant really take the chance to wait any longer given that its a will! Maybe a one off, who knows, but our loyalty was clearly misplaced.
