Elite Law initially provided a low fee estimate to win my business, then systematically added extra charges throughout the process, resulting in final fees far exceeding the original quote. Communication was appalling, emails were often ignored or met with out-of-office replies, and both myself and the other parties involved had to constantly chase them just to receive a response. Most concerningly, they failed to inform me of critical transactional details, directly causing a substantial financial loss. The experience has been marked by poor transparency, lack of professionalism, and complete disregard for client care. This firm has caused me serious stress and regret. Do yourself a favour and take your business elsewhere.
Joe has handled a few matters for me now and every single time he has anticipated issues far in advance, fought to protect us from the other side’s solicitors’ hurdles, delays and occasional outright incompetence. There is no question Joe is the best!

I recently had the pleasure of working with both Jenny and Brian, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. Jenny's excellent communication and organisational skills were evident from the start. She efficiently set up my meeting with Brian, ensuring everything was perfectly arranged. Brian was exceptional throughout the process. Although his primary focus is on disputes, he provided invaluable assistance for my early-stage buyout situation, which currently involves no disputes. Brian’s extensive knowledge and ability to simplify complex information were truly impressive. He answered all my questions clearly and thoroughly, breaking them down into easy-to-understand explanations. Despite there being no dispute at this stage, he explained in depth how to involve conveyancing and court proceedings if and when necessary. His guidance on the services and documents I would need moving forward, as well as his help in correcting inaccuracies in my figures and costings, was invaluable. He also allowed me to write down the new figures as a reference point, which will be incredibly useful. I left the meeting feeling much more informed and confident about my situation. The fact that Brian provided such high-quality service during a free consultation speaks volumes about his dedication and professionalism. If he delivers this level of expertise prior to any dispute, I can only imagine how thorough and excellent his handling of actual disputes must be. I feel very fortunate and pleased with the outcome. Should I need further clarity as I proceed with my buyout, Brian will certainly be my first point of contact due to his expert and transparent approach. Extremely impressive service!

Our matter was handled by Metha Sivaraja. We were faced with a particularly challenging situation, as the other side’s solicitors proved extremely difficult to deal with and last-minute requests kept holding up completion. We have just moved into our dream home and it was a long and complicated process involving disputes in both the sale and purchase. Throughout this, Holly at Elite Law was incredible. Efficient, knowledgeable, reassuring and above all really lovely to speak to - a total breath of fresh air after the grumpy and slapdash solicitors I used last time I moved. I was blown away by how quickly she would get back to me about queries and her drive to get us to completion. She always had an idea for how we could solve problems that came up. I have already recommended her to two friends for their house purchases (one of whom has also now completed and was very happy with the service) and I will continue to sing her praises for a long time!

I cannot recommend Elite, highly enough. From the very beginning, I felt genuinely listened to, supported and cared for while putting my Will together. The advice and guidance I received from were Yasmin Hoque, was exceptional. She gave me considerably more of her time than I was entitled to, patiently answered all my questions, and even took the time to advise me on things I may need to consider in the future. That level of kindness and generosity is very rare. What could have been a daunting process was made so much easier by her professionalism, knowledge and, above all, her genuine compassion.
