21 days from issue of Memorandum of Sale to exchange of contracts, not even from date of receipt of draft contract. THank you to Hanah, Trudy and Lin - who are always there for us, and always receptive and quick!

Tagged solicitor Mohammed Rahman
We are purchasing in a company name using another solicitor. They told us last minute that we need to use another Solicitor and give a Personal Guarantee. Mohammed was recommended and he explained the reasons why we needed it. Why the broker or their referral solicitor couldn't explain this to us earlier, I do not know. BMTC dealt with it last minute and Mohammed treated us like humans and not just throwing complicated jargon at us. We managed to complete on target despite this being thrown at us last minute. Thank you
