Two failed sales and a purchase that required two attempts would test anybody. Tozers dealt with it with patience an tenacity eventually getting over the line. In the final event a sale which went from offer to exchange in 3 weeks, inc a mortgage approval and a purchase that went from offer to exchange in a week speaks volumes.
