Having been informed that an allegation was made against me, I contacted Forbes and asked to speak to someone. I spoke to Graeme Parkinson, an extremely knowledgeable and time served lawyer who guided me as to what the process would be. Graeme was extremely friendly, and kept me upto date throughout the process, including pre and post voluntary interview. Once the powers that be confirmed there was no case to answer, Graeme informed me immediately. I honestly can’t recommend Graeme and all at Forbes enough (a special mention to Karen W as well). If anyone needs any form of representation, advice or guidance, I would suggest and recommend Forbes.

If you are looking for legal representation for yourself or possibly a son or daughter, especially if its a delicate matter, then simply, look no further, we were left in a very unfortunate position where for some unknown reason, at the last minute the legal firm we had, decided to stop representing my son, Ashtons Legal stepped in, and all i can say is they were unbelievable in every way, we were 100 percent confident that they were really fighting our sons corner, yes they were exceptionally professional but more than that, they really showed compassion and understanding for what we were going through and yes the result they achieved in court was far better than we ever expected. It is so difficult picking the right legal representation, our worry was always have we picked the right one, simple answer yes we did we chose Ashtons.

I have never used a solicitor before and I was very wary of who I should use and if it would cost me a fortune. I have to say I was more than impressed from the service that I received from Rachel. It was a very sensitive issue and she showed empathy and support throughout keeping me fully informed every step of the journey. She showed no judgement and made me feel at ease throughout.
